we went for an early morning bike ride before we had to return it. we then spent the day Thira, the main city on the island.
we ate some traditional Greek loukomades, we asked for chocolate with them. when we opened them we realised they were chocolate filled-so delicious!
we decided to try and get to the waterfront which involved walking the zigzag steps down the steep cliff and is also where the donkeys walk up and down. we got "stampeded" a few times by crazy donkeys! in the evening we caught a cat ferry to Crete, we got in around 8pm and caught a bus to stalis, where we are staying at fan apartments.
